The Mulhern Group provided the design for Phase I of the Chaska Data Center for 160,838 square feet of building that included 87,125 square feet of raised floor data hall/support areas and 44,500 square feet of office tenant improvements.
The Mulhern Group also coordinated the installation of three interior generators with sound-attenuating modifications within the building.
Additionally, The Mulhern Group design a 1,200 square foot high-security tenant suite designed to tenant specifications in the raised floor data hall.
The Phase II project included an additional 30,000 square feet of raised floor data hall/support areas.
