The Mulhern Group provided the design of 66,150 square feet of raised floor data hall/support areas constructed in four phases. An interior generator was installed with sound-attenuating modifications within the building. An interior “refresh” program was conducted throughout the office tenant improvements as a part of the Flexential branding update.
Additionally, The Mulhern Group design a 750 square foot high-security tenant suite designed to tenant specifications in the raised floor data hall.
