Masterplanning, rezoning, design and documentation were provided for this full block development of 96 unit townhome and stacked townhomes in the East Cherry Creek Neighborhood. The project received The American Institute of Architects, Colorado Chapter, “Housing Colorado & Maintaining its Spirit of Place,” Honorable Mention, 1995. This was one of the first townhome development projects in the Cherry Creek Neighborhood. The units are brought to the streets to help to create walkable streets or to interior landscaped courtyards bisecting the site. Parking is provided in a “tuck-under” fashion at alleys interior to the site.
