Renovation of a 1920’s auto dealership to create a 29,120 sqft quick serve restaurant complex and an 8,000 sqft pedestrian plaza in a high density urban area of Denver. Received the “Colorado Preservation, Inc. State Honor Award 2000” and the “City of Denver Mayor’s Design Award 2005”.
